Where on site do I redeem my discount code?
Once you’ve added all your items to your cart and are ready to checkout, you’ll be able to start the process by clicking on the shopping bag icon at the top right of the page.
Next, you’ll see a product and payment summary. On the right side of the screen, you’ll see the Cart Summary. Below the sub-total, there will be a line of text saying “Add Coupon Code”. It may be a bit hard to see, but to the right of that there’s a faint cross symbol. Select on it, and a text field will appear.
Enter in your code here, and if it’s valid, the total will be re-calculated. For Castlery deals that don’t require a promo code, the deal with automatically be applied.

- Earn Credits: As a Castlery Club member, you’ll get 25 credits when you create an account, 25 credits for signing up to the mailing list, 20 credits for completing your profile, 10 credits for following on Instagram, 50 for leaving a product review, and 100 credits for referring a friend. 50 credits will get you $50 off when you spend a minimum of $1,000, 100 credits for $100 off a minimum spend of $1,500, 200 credits for $200 off a minimum spend of $2,000, and 300 credits for $300 off a minimum spend of $2,800.

How often does Castlery have sales?
While Castlery hosts frequent sales throughout the year, the major savings can usually be found during shopping events like Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Boxing Day. For example, Castlery’s 2024 Boxing Day sale offered up to $550 off sitewide – and an extended sales period that lasted until January 2025! Shipping, payments and returns
Does Castlery offer free shipping?
During special sale events, Castlery may offer free shipping on select products and to specific locations. Otherwise, you can expect capped shipping fees per order, varying by item type and delivery location.
Simply enter your postcode in the shopping cart to check delivery availability and calculate basic shipping fees. The fee will also be shown during checkout.
How long does shipping take?
While Castlery aims to get your order to you as soon as possible, the speed of delivery depends on various factors, including the type of product, its availability, and your proximity to metropolitan areas.
Shipments are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
Does Castlery offer free returns?
No. Although you can return items within 14 days, there are quite a few strings attached:
- Castlery charges a 20% restocking fee for Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane metro postcodes and a 30 per cent restocking fee for all other postcodes, including Western Australia per ‘line total price’ of the returned item in your Tax Invoice. This fee is deducted from your refund.
- If you’ve already thrown our the original packaging, you’ll be charged an additional 20% for repackaging
- No clearance or final sale items can be returned
Does Castlery offer click and collect?
No, Castlery does not offer the option to Click and Collect.
