Method

Prepare 410g packet vanilla cupcakes following packet instructions. Cool completely.Â
2.
BUTTERCREAM In a large bowl, using an electric mixer, beat 250g softened, unsalted butter until pale.
3.
Gradually add 3 cups pure icing sugar. Beat in 2 tbsp milk and a few drops green food colouring. Dollop buttercream onto cupcakes.Â
4.
Arrange Mini Oreos onto icing to form eyes and place mini brown M&M in centre.
5.
Press strawberry slice into icing to form tongue.Â
