Easter just got more gourmet with the launch of a Prosecco egg.
Luxury UK chocolate brand Prestat has revealed the new egg in time for Easter this year.
The gold-foiled egg shell contains popping candy for an extra sensory experience.
It’s described by Selfridges as “crafted with a fizzing pink lining and filled with popping Prosecco truffles with a dark centre, this milk chocolate Easter egg is finished with the label’s signature gold swirls and matching foil.”

Unfortunately eggs are only available from Selfridges and Ocado in the UK. Let’s hope an Australian chocolate brand is taking note.
