Where on the site do I redeem my Ecoya discount code?
Once you add all your desired items to cart, head to the checkout. There, you’ll find a field labelled ‘Discount code or gift card’ under the ‘Order Summary’, which you can view from a dropdown at the top of the screen on your mobile, as well as right before the ‘Pay now’ button. Simply pop your code in there, click ‘Apply’ and the savings will instantly be reflected in the total amount.
If you’re shopping from your desktop, it’s just on the right-hand side of the first checkout screen.
Can I use more than one Ecoya discount code at a time?
While there’s be nothing sweeter than a double-up on savings, unfortunately you can only use one code per order. In fact, you can only use the ‘Discount code or gift card’ field once per order – so if you have both a code and a gift card you’ll have to choose between them. Our tip if that happens is to check the expiry date on both. Gift cards usually have a longer timeframe before they expire, but it’s always worth checking so you can make sure you get a chance to use both – even if it does have to be on different orders.
What other ways can I save at Ecoya?
Lucky for us, Ecoya has a few other ways to save beyond discount codes, sales and other deals, including:
- Club Ecoya: This loyalty program earns you 2 points per $1 spent at Ecoya, which you can use to get discounts at the checkout or product gifts. You’ll also earn between 50 and 300 points for simple activities like joining for free (50 points), following Ecoya on Instagram (20 points) and referring a friend if they spend over $100 (a massive 300 points). To give you an idea of how quickly you’ll get rewarded, 100 points gives you a $5 voucher, 200 points gives you a $10 voucher or a Guava & Lychee Sorbet Car Diffuser, and more points equals bigger discounts or gifts.
- Bundles: Ecoya sells bundles for different rooms and needs that can save you money compared to buying the items separately. For example, when we checked in March 2025, the Lock Up & Leave set with a large diffuser and a refill was $74.95, which is a saving of $14,95 or around 16%.
How often does Ecoya have sales?
In addition to having their own sales throughout the year, Ecoya is no stranger to participating in major shopping events like Afterpay Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, EOFY and more. You can also find Ecoya candles and other products on sale at Myer, David Jones and other stockists when they have sales.
Does Ecoya offer free shipping?
Yes, Ecoya offers free standard shipping for Australia and New Zealand orders over $100. All orders under $100 come with a $12.99 delivery fee.
If you want to avoid the fees, you could wait until you need at least $100 worth of Ecoya goodies, see if a friend wants anything, or check Myer and DJs to see if they have what you want for click and collect. Just remember if you’re a Club Ecoya member, you won’t earn points if you buy Ecoya products somewhere else.
Ecoya also ships to New Zealand and the UK, but pricing for that depends on the order and location, so you’ll need to enter those details to get a price estimate.
How long does Ecoya shipping take?
There are two parts to this: prepping the order and delivering it. Ecoya aims to pack your order in 1-3 business days and ship it within 7 working days. Here is a breakdown of times by state:
- VIC: 2-4 business days
- NSW / SA: 3-4 business days
- QLD: 3-5 business days
- WA: 6-9 business days
Here is a breakdown of the dispatch and delivery time you should expect for other countries:
- Shipping to New Zealand: All New Zealand orders are dispatched from Ecoya’s warehouse in Auckland via PostHaste. Delivery time to the Auckland region is 1-3 business days. Deliveries to the North Island are delivered within 2-4 business days with the South Island taking between 3-7 business days.
- Shipping to the United Kingdom: All United Kingdom orders are dispatched from Melbourne, VIC. Express shipping is dispatched within 24 hours and deliveries to mainland United Kingdom are made within 3-5 business days after your order is dispatched. Standard shipping is dispatched within 2-3 business days and deliveries to mainland United Kingdon are made within 4-7 business days after your order is dispatched.
Does Ecoya offer free returns?
Sadly, Ecoya doesn’t offer free returns. While you can return items, you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Returns must be made within 30 days and will be eligible for a full refund or replacement
- Returned goods must be in unused condition with the original packaging and order confirmation included
- Ecoya does not cover return shipping fees
- Returned items will take 3-7 days for processing
But if you’ve opened up your delivery only to find it damaged, contact Ecoya by emailing them at hello@ecoya.com so they sort it out.
You might also want to check out your rights under Australian Consumer Law, although in most cases it’s better to contact the retailer first for a solution.
Does Ecoya offer click-and-collect?
Currently, Ecoya doesn’t offer a click-and-collect option as they are strictly an online-only retailer. But you can find a list stockists on the Ecoya website if you want to collect your order, or smell any of the products before you buy them.
