How do I use a Koala discount code?
Like most places, Koala lets you add a discount code at the checkout. First, you need to select your items, add them to your cart and access your cart (which comes up after you add something but you can also click on the cart icon at the top right).
You’ll then be brought to a summary screen, where you’ll find text that says “Discount Code” just after the subtotal. Here’s an example:
Click on “Add”, enter the valid code and click “Apply” for your total to be recalculated with the new, discounted amount.
And if you forget to add it at the start, you can always put the discount code in after filling in all the shipping details, before you pay.
Can I use more than one discount code?
That would be a dream (pun intended!) but unfortunately you’re only able to add one discount code per Koala order.
What if there’s no code?
Some Koala discounts don’t need a code. For example, if you’re a new customer, the save “10% when you sign up offer” will automatically be applied after you sign up, and you will see your discount in the cart (but the coupon will also be emailed to you for safekeeping). It’s similar for the bundle deals – the discount will already be applied. Koala also shows any discounts or savings in your order summary, so you can check there too.

How can I get free shipping with Koala?
Koala offers free shipping on mattresses, bedding, linen, pillows, cushions and throws to metro, regional and rural areas.
Other furniture such as coffee tables and sofa beds will usually incur a shipping fee starting from $35. You can choose a specific time and date for your delivery and can order delivery for a Saturday morning for an additional $70.
How fast is shipping?
Shipping is incredibly quick; for a Koala mattress and select other furniture items being delivered to metro areas is at little as four-hours. Most deliveries in regional and rural areas takes between one and 15 days (there’s is currently no option for these areas to choose express shipping but this timeframe is considered somewhat speedy).
Is there any way to click and collect?
Koala is currently an exclusively online merchant, so it doesn’t currently offer a click-and-collect service. Occasionally there are pop-up stores, but you usually need to still order your items to be delivered.
What happens if I want to return my Koala purchase?
Koala offers a 120-day trial period for many of the products bought on its website. You’re eligible for a full refund even if you’ve used the product and the refund even covers the cost of any return delivery charges.
Can I use buy now pay later?
Koala accepts Afterpay and Zip as flexible buy-now-pay-later payment options. There’s a minimum monthly repayment requirement of $9.95.
