Who knew the air fryer could whip up brownies that taste like they’ve come straight from a bakery? With zero fuss, one pan, and no oven in sight, this recipe delivers gooey, fudgy perfection in minutes.

Whether you’re craving a late-night treat or need a quick crowd-pleaser, these one-pan air fryer brownies prove you don’t need to be a pro baker to impress.

Ingredients

Method

Step 1

Grease and line a 20cm square baking pan with baking paper (ensure your pan fits in your air fryer). Trim any excess baking paper (as this may catch in the air fryer).

Step 2

In a large saucepan, combine butter and dark chocolate over low heat. Cook, stirring, until chocolate
is melted and smooth. Remove from heat and leave to cool slightly (about 10 minutes).

Step 3

Stir in sugar, then eggs, followed by flours. Fold in white and milk chocolate. Transfer batter to pan.

Step 4

Air-fry at 160°C for 20 minutes, until a skewer comes out of the middle with moist crumbs clinging. Let brownies cool completely in the pan, then transfer to a board and cut into 12 pieces.

Step 5

Dust with cocoa and serve with double cream.
