Prosciutto and zucchini pizza

With a store bought base, spicy Arrabiata sauce and chunks of mozzarella, your Friday pizza night just got better and easier.

Ingredients

Method

1.

Preheat oven to 200°C fan-forced (220°C conventional).

Put pizza bases on separate oven trays and spread over pasta sauce. Add torn mozzarella. Bake for 15 minutes, until melted and golden.

3.

Meanwhile, toss zucchini in 2 Tbsp olive oil. Heat a chargrill on high and grill zucchini for 1 minute on each side, until grill marks appear.

4.

Top pizza with prosciutto slices and chargrilled zucchini. Serve.
